How to Train Your Dragon: Dark World, the epic conclusion to the Dragon trilogy.
To celebrate its release, PosterSpy invited artists to create a poster that best represented their love for the franchise, drawing inspiration from images and memories of all three films to honor its legacy, friendships, and the breathtaking world in which the story unfolds. Participants were provided with stills and trailer footage from the movie to use as references.
I was honored to win first place in this competition, with my artwork personally selected by the trilogy's director, Dean DeBlois.

As Hiccup works to fulfill his dream of creating a peaceful dragon utopia, Toothless's discovery of a wild and elusive mate pulls him away from his longtime companion.
Despite the film's premise, this poster was created as a tribute and farewell to the saga, highlighting the central characters—Hiccup, Toothless, and their adversaries throughout the series. These villains, in their own way, played a role in Hiccup’s growth and evolution, shaping him into the leader he was meant to become.
